Where is the City Center?

Do you offer WiFi service?

The Saratoga Springs City Center offers complimentary public-grade WiFi.  Additional bandwidth and dedicated service is available through our internet provider, Spa.Net.  You are encouraged to discuss your individual needs with your event planner.

 

Do you have a restaurant on site?

Saratoga Springs offers many restaurant options within walking distance of the City Center.  The adjacent Saratoga Hilton is home to 522 Café and the Springs Restaurant.

 

What hotels are nearby?

The Saratoga Hilton is connected to the City Center.  Within an easy walking distance you’ll find, Saratoga Arms, Pavilion Grand, Courtyard Marriott, Hampton Inn, Embassy Suites and Holiday Inn.  Please visit www.discoversarartoga.org for contact information.

 

How far is the City Center from the Airport?

The Albany International Airport is 27 Miles away and a 30 minute drive.

 

Where can I park?

The parking facility, located between Maple and High Rock Avenues, has secure covered parking for over 620 vehicles. The building features a pedestrian bridge on Level 3 over Maple Avenue that leads directly into the City Center.  A security guard is on premise at all times to offer an added level of safety.

The City Center parking facility is a designated CDTA Trolley Stop for anyone interested in heading to the track.

The facility offers a pay per park system with the first hour of parking free, with each additional hour being $2.00, up to a per day maximum of $15.00.

Please note entrance and exits are located on Level 2 (Maple Ave.) and the Ground floor (High Rock Ave.)  The maximum height of both entrances is 8′ 2″.  Vehicles with trailers may be able to be accommodated in the exterior, flat lot on the Maple Ave section in the designated longer spaces.  Advanced authorization is required.

 

What is not permitted inside the Saratoga Springs City Center?

Helium balloons are not permitted, however, air filled balloons are welcome.

No outside food or beverages are permitted in our facilities. A preferred list of approved caterers is provided to the contracting client for each event, the caterer they select is the exclusive caterer for that event.

Cascarones (confetti eggs) glitter, bubbles or fog machines are not allowed in any area of the City Center; please contact our office 518-584-0027 for a complete list of items not permitted.

Animals- with the exception of service animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act.
